The latest fashion collection was unveiled during New York Fashion Week this fall. All eyes were on new concepts and innovative designs from brands such as Telfar, Rebecca Minkoff, Tommy Hilfiger and Kenneth Nicholson, who dressed his F1 driver Lewis Hamilton at last year’s Met Gala. The festivities included a star-studded event to preview upcoming clothing lines.
But it was the athletes who stole the show.
Serena Williams and Usain Bolt were among multiple sports stars who walked the runway during the week.
Fellow pros Elaine Thompson-Heller, Kyle Kuzma and Katie Lu Samuelson walked the Puma runway to make fashion statements. Her other WNBA stars Didi Richards and Isabel Harrison had their glorious moments throughout the week.

Serena Williams
Debuting the S by Serena collection at New York Fashion Week in 2019, Williams opened the runway for Vogue World modeled on a custom metallic cape dress designed by Balenciaga. Fresh out of her final US Open appearance, she walked alongside her girl with her four balls in her tennis white tennis dress with her racket on.
When discussing her own fashion line, Williams told USA TODAY that her latest collection is designed to provide everyday comfort.
“My mindset is to design with people in mind and let no barriers stop you,” Williams said.

Bolt was on the catwalk at Puma’s Futrograde show to showcase the sports company’s new line of apparel. The Olympic gold medalist wore a classy tuxedo with the iconic Puma signature on the lapel. broke.
“Walking is definitely different,” Bolt said. “I was just following all the models. They said slow it down and enjoy the moment, so I did.”
Elaine Thompson Heller

Diddy Richards
The New York Liberty star made her debut at New York Fashion Week for mother-daughter brand Durdoo. She wore an orange tie-dye gown while her fellow WNBA players cheered her on in the front row. Richards has made a name for herself as a fashionista off the court, and her role as a model made perfect sense.
