The Digital Marketing Director reports to the Chief Marketing Officer. Red Bull Records is a full-service independent record label dedicated to long-term artist development, with a diverse roster spanning a variety of musical genres.

We are looking for a candidate to oversee all digital activities for labels and artists. He directs the label’s online strategy and third-party relationships in the digital space.
responsibility
- Create digital marketing and social strategies for Red Bull Records artists and labels through a brainstorming, execution and reporting process.
- Manage one direct report (manager, digital marketing) and multiple external vendors to implement digital activation and achieve KPIs and targets set for the digital department.
- Manage the success and efficiency of paid media campaigns across the label and its artists. Responsible for campaign reporting, analytics and plus her ROI.
- Oversee the development of artist and label websites including wireframes, user experience design and feature requests.
- Manage the rights of Red Bull Records content across digital platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitch, TikTok and Audible Magic.
- We vette, select and manage all external vendors and manage website development, email marketing, funnel development, e-commerce, SEM, SEO and affiliate marketing efforts.
- Establish best practices in consumer data acquisition, management, and analysis. Expand your artist emails, phone numbers, and ad retargeting database to use in your digital campaigns.
- Manage a network of influencers, playlists, streamers and third-party outlets to support artist releases and label activations. Build true cross-promotional relationships and lead collaborations with other (non-music) online communities (esports, influencers, lifestyle, etc.).
- Perform digital content production tasks such as image processing, video editing, live stream production, and website building.
- Develop new digital products and revenue streams for artists and labels.
experience
Areas of knowledge and expertise most important to this role:
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience in the music industry
- Google Business Suite (Analytics, Ads, Search Console, Tag Manager, Merchant Center) Meta/Facebook Business Manager, YouTube CMS CRM Software (Mailchimp, Klaviyo), Design and Development Software (Photoshop, Premiere, Figma, Squarespace, Domain Management) knowledge, FTP client, Git software).
- Proficiency in all current business-related programs (Word, Excel, etc.) and general knowledge of design-based software, HTML, and content creation processes is required.
- Excels in a team environment and should work independently.
- Candidates work with a broad audience each week to present their campaigns and contextualize their results.
