Velus Jones Jr. announces comeback in explosive fashion

Bellas Jones missed the Chicago Bears’ preseason opener against Kansas City. He was dealing with an undisclosed injury. As such, people had high hopes for his debut against the Seahawks in Seattle. Things didn’t get off to a great start. He had a nice kick return of 30 yards to start the game, but fumbled at the end of the game. Hopefully it’s nerve-wracking and will allow him to calm down as things progress.
After an excellent 52-yard drive by the offense, the Bears’ defense forced a Seahawks punt in the ensuing series. Jones got another chance to play. he didn’t disappoint. The third round pick fielded the kick and returned it 48 yards. Fully demonstrate the speed of the trademark. With all the talk about his age at 25, the recipient managed to remind people that he’s in the NFL for a reason. he is quite talented.
Bellas Jones can help open up this Bears’ offense.
Even in the NFL, speed like that is rare. It was a big reason GM Ryan Poles targeted him in the draft. But his abilities go beyond running fast. His quickness, agility and strength are other reasons. The man is dangerous with the ball in his hand. That play is an example of that. It was no surprise that the Bears chose not to use him on offense much for the rest of the game.
Weapon: Bells Jones. They think they have something special in their repertoire. Punt returns were just a fraction of what they saw in practice last month. If he can carry this big-playing ability into the regular season, the Bears could suddenly be a much more dangerous football team. Coaches are no doubt desperate for the real game to begin.
