We are a strategic design, brand and marketing studio based on the Mornington Peninsula. We work with brands and business leaders across Australia to advance their purpose and help shape their future.

ONETOO was founded and designed to use strategy, creativity and technology to help brands overcome challenges and grow. Our small, multidisciplinary team brings a holistic and collaborative approach to the fields of web design and development, marketing and graphic design.

Our projects are informed by practical and nuanced strategies that help leaders find a clear position in the market, and the words and means of communicating it. We are looking for experienced digital marketing specialists with a focus on great brand experiences to join us.

With hands-on experience in marketing and a passion for purpose-driven brands, we enjoy experimenting with new ideas and technologies, unlocking hidden insights and delivering nuanced strategies. Able to execute his award-winning digital campaigns and identify new opportunities for clients and brands while making a real, tangible impact.

Required knowledge and skills

Every day we work and learn in different digital fields. Enjoy working with designers, developers, and marketers to build relationships with clients and communities. Individuals with the following skills and experience are suitable for this role:

• Develop and execute brand, content and advertising strategies for project-based and ongoing marketing clients
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders with budget and time constraints and pay close attention to detail
• Create, interpret and summarize monthly and campaign-based reports
• Accountability and management of client end-to-end initiatives including EDM, social media, advertising, digital PR, and SEO
• Ad buying, planning, optimization and creative briefing for digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google
• Experience with digital platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Figma, Webflow, Asana
• Bonus points if experience includes branding, workshop facilitation, or CRO.

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• A degree or certification in a related field such as business, marketing or communications (or convince me otherwise!)
• Residents of Australia who are willing to work in our Mornington office space as needed

• Salaries range from $70K to $90K + super.We will consult with you according to your experience
• Hybrid work available – choose to work remotely or from an office in the heart of Mornington
