PARKER, SD (KELO) – With the Turner County Fair kicking off on Monday, four of the best days of summer are underway this week.
Four days full of Parker fun.

This includes the new Rivers Edge Bank Ag Education Center.

This facility was formerly the Old MacDonald Farm, a petting zoo. This new exhibit will allow children to participate in more hands-on activities.
