It may be Dog Day in the summer, but fall fashion is already here, and one fashionista wonders why it reminds her of what her mother used to wear.

TikTok’s Breanna Alexis aka Breannaalexisb says she’s “addicted to fashion.” So it’s no surprise she spotted some fall fashions at Walmart these days, though there were more than one with a retro flair.

Walmart has already started rolling out fall fashions, according to TikToker, but many retailers are overstocking and cutting prices to sell off existing items, making way for new items.

Breana said she was able to find a few pieces she could wear right now and use to transition into fall, even though it’s hot outside.

The style maven showed off her handpicked luggage in her post.

One outfit was a light wash denim shorts jumpsuit with fashion long puffy sleeves.

She said she doesn’t wear it anymore because the sleeves are too long, but she couldn’t stop raving about it.

“How cute… I feel like I’m wearing the clothes my mom used to wear,” she said.

Style Maven took the outfit one step further, imagining how it might work for the fall season and showing viewers.

She said it was the perfect outfit to wear to a concert, paired with long white boots and a cowboy hat that she said she got on Amazon.

It wasn’t the only transitional outfit she chose from the retail giant.

Next she showed off a strappy jumpsuit that she said was perfect for summer, but paired it with a turtleneck and white booties to let everyone know how smart she looks for the fall/winter season. showed.

Finally, she pulls out a strapless plaid mini dress and says, “I think everything my mom wore in high school is back in fashion, but I love it.

Fashion-savvy shoppers showed a great transition look when paired with a loose, cropped off-white sweater from Forever 21 and tucked into a bra worn underneath and over the dress.

She decked it out with suede caramel boots that she said she bought from Target last year.

The final look was a retro look with a modern edge, making it a look any mom would want to wear today.

Breanna has over 236,000 followers on TikTok, and her posts have received over 3,000 likes and dozens of comments.

Only one person mentioned a throwback to her mother’s outfit, saying, “Wait… I wore them in high school, so how old are you?”

Many others were obsessed with how the North Carolina teenager effortlessly put together her outfits to make them fall-appropriate and perhaps even more stylish.

One person said, “Hmm!!! A plaid sweater… what a genius idea!” Many other followers also fell in love with this tip.

Another said, “I love how you styled the turtleneck under your jumpsuit! I want to do it this fall and winter!”

And one follower raved about her styling. “I love sharing more ideas!!”

For those looking for more stylish tips to dress your wardrobe better, Breana promised she would.
