The Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) has awarded contracts to The Fearless Academy and The Data & Marketing Association (DMA) as part of the Skills Bootcamps program funded through the Department of Education’s National Skills Fund. Fearless Adventures have been awarded £499,928 to run a skills bootcamp and DMAs have been awarded £154,427.
Both organizations will offer best-in-class digital skills designed with employers to help urban area residents acquire critical new digital skills and provide an accessible route to employment with local businesses. Fearless Academy’s bootcamps focus on search engine optimization (SEO), pay per click (PPC), social media, graphic design, web development, as well as a set of foundational digital skills.
