Two senior team members at Xpand, a full-service digital marketing agency, have been promoted to divisional heads.

Danny Johnson, former Digital Marketing Manager at Saltaire, has been promoted to Head of Digital Marketing, and former Operations Manager Simon Patchett has been promoted to Head of Operations.

Both promotions are the result of successful internal management development programs that both Johnson and Patchett embarked on in 2021, demonstrating leadership potential during the covid-19 lockdown.

As the new head of digital marketing, Johnson will be responsible for developing and managing marketing strategies for all clients, supporting the digital marketing teams in executing those strategies, as well as overseeing the agency’s own marketing efforts.
