UAMS, Caldwell Discount Drug Partners to Provide Cross County Community Health Workers

| | Fayetteville – Katie Adams was recently hired through a partnership between the University of Arkansas Medical School (UAMS) and Caldwell Discount Drugs to help people in Cross County navigate the healthcare system.
As a community-embedded healthcare worker, Adams answers basic healthcare questions and provides education and resources to the public. Community She’s Health She’s Workers work within their communities to help the public get the care they need and to help them find health care-related information, such as when they need to see a doctor and information about vaccines. Answer important questions.

We are also excited to work with Caldwell Discount Drugs and the community of Cross County to improve the health of everyone in Arkansas. ”
