Scooter’s Coffee Appoints Mitch Walden as Digital Marketing Strategy Leader
The Nebraska-based drive-thru chain continues to expand its leadership team with a new Senior Director of Loyalty and Digital Marketing to improve customer engagement and support further growth of its outlets across the United States.

US drive-thru coffee chain Scooter’s Coffee has announced that it has appointed former Papa John’s Marketing Director Mitch Walden to lead its digital marketing initiatives.
Scooter’s Coffee hired Walden to design and execute a multi-channel marketing campaign that drives customer engagement.
As Senior Director of Loyalty and Digital Marketing, Walden also oversees the company’s website optimization and mobile app loyalty.
Founded in 1998, Scooter’s Coffee currently operates 490 stores nationwide with a goal of becoming the nation’s leading drive-thru coffee franchise.
The United States has the most developed drive-thru coffee shop market in the world, and the format has proven profitable in the last year.
