While changing its name from Logicserve Digital to his LS Digital, the company has maintained its logo design and fluidity. The company also partnered with digital-first creative company Langoor to strengthen its offerings for CX, digital design and Web 3.0. In line with that new goal, we will begin by expanding our global reach.

Please tell us about your path to becoming LS Digital.
We started this journey in 2006. At the time, digital was a nice-to-have medium, and it was primarily media because it was primarily focused on a few digital channels. Digital marketing was (and in some cases still is) considered media only. Over the past 16 years, digital-first brands have disrupted many industries. Traditional brands are changing rapidly, making digital an area of focus. For many, this is a battle for survival, and marketing must be transformed with digital at its core.
Logicserve Digital’s new story is to provide a best-of-breed Digital Marketing Transformation Platform formed by multiple specialist companies. A one-stop service provider helping brands in his 6 key areas: Media, UI/UX, Creative & Communication, CX (Martech), Data & Insights and Tech Innovations.
This transformation into a dynamic entity with a new vision is to “help brands enable and accelerate their digital marketing transformation to stay relevant to an ever-changing, digitally-enabled consumer.” , to enhance existing media capabilities and help us serve you better. Our new story is to provide the best combination digital marketing transformation platform formed by several specialized companies.
We are a best-of-breed, founder-driven company with enormous expertise, potential and a desire to change the landscape of digital marketing transformation, all under one platform: LS Digital. I firmly believe there is a need.
In line with its new vision of expanding its global footprint, the company joined digital-first creative agency Langoor to strengthen its CX, digital design and Web 3.0 offerings.
Can you briefly describe this partnership? What does it mean for LS Digital and Langoor?
The merger of Langoor and LS Digital adds a very strong offering under CX. Groundbreaking projects in the Metaverse have allowed some of the leading global brands to test the waters on the Metastore and Web 3.0, gaining first-mover advantage in their respective industries. Our marketing automation experience across global consumer and enterprise brands gives us an edge in delivering complete digital transformation services to our customers.
The company and its distributors share a very similar corporate vision of becoming a global company in India. By uniting, we can achieve success on a larger scale.
What are LS Digital’s key areas of focus in the coming quarters?
