We are a company of enthusiasts and passionate about our products! We have a great opportunity for our Marine Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marine team in Kennesaw, Georgia. They will lead the development, implementation and management of digital marketing and communication strategies for Yamaha’s outboard product line.
responsibility:
- Develop and budget an overall marine digital marketing strategy, including managing and maximizing website, marketing automation programs, digital campaigns, social media and dealer marketing
- Manage an in-house digital marketing team. Oversee external vendors/agencies and technology partners to provide direction and implement maritime digital marketing initiatives and programs. Measure and analyze the effectiveness, traffic and awareness of your digital channel efforts.
- Work cross-functionally within marketing groups and across Marine to support brand and sales priorities
- Become a Marine Corps leader in the future implementation and management of e-commerce platforms and strategies to achieve increased sales.
- Manage your social media channels, maximize their effectiveness, and track them. Oversee engagement strategies and tactics. Leverage channels that support your overall digital marketing and product group goals.
- Oversees holistic data management including CRM, marketing automation, email marketing and lead generation strategies including tracking/analysis to support pre- and post-sales initiatives and goals.Ensure digital channels operate within corporate guidelines and comply with federal/state regulations on security standards and practices
- Manage your SEO/SEM strategy to increase organic and paid search traffic for greater visibility and share
- Develop and implement an effective marketing automation strategy based on your website and MYOB app.
- Support, implement and maintain data integration with leading ERP, PIM and preferred applications to share and utilize data across data hubs and dealer networks.
- Be the project lead for downstream consumption of PIM, DAM and Central of Central Asset Repository. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage an enterprise-grade platform.
- Supports data quality, segmentation strategy CRO, and database hygiene projects to ensure compliance with CCPA, ADA, GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM, and SAFE security standards.
- Assisting in the conduct and evaluation of consumer research to measure media consumption and lifestyle trends to maximize the development and effectiveness of digital marketing strategies
Eligibility:
- Must have a Bachelor/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar
- 7+ years of digital marketing, communications, or equivalent work-related experience
- Knowledge of various digital marketing platforms (Kentico, Marketo, Optimizely, Acoustic) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Domo)
- Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with seafood, plus appropriate qualifications and experience.
- Ability to travel as needed (approximately 10% including weekends) and manage office workload
- Ability to think strategically and manage time effectively under limited supervision
- Must work well independently as well as in a team-based environment.
