Madison – The Madison School Board approved the district’s strategic plan as a result of months of feedback from surveys, work sessions and meetings from teachers, staff, parents, students and residents.
Dr. Ed Nichols, superintendent of Madison City Schools, said the plan sets goals for the next five years in the areas of academics, special services, operations and facilities, communications, support services, technology and faculty.
The 28-page document details the tools, assigned personnel, and action items for objectives.
