Hartcliffe Social Enterprise Wins Major Digital Marketing Grant

A South Bristol charity has been announced as the first winner of the newly launched ‘Noble Deeds’ programme.
Originally established in the United States, the program launched in early June when local charities and nonprofits were invited to participate and hear more about the program before making an entry.
Heart of BS13 in Hartcliffe won in its first year in the UK. Now comes his £12,000 package of digital marketing support and training.

Hearts of BS13 is a community organization turned social enterprise working to tackle food insecurity and support the mental and physical health of Heartcliffe and its surrounding communities.
Heart of BS3 was chosen for its key role in the community in helping people through the cost of living crisis and has worked consistently throughout the crisis to improve health equity in the community.
“After seeing the amazing work they do and how they can really engage people in the local community to help build this, it has been a clear winner.” said Lorenzo Campbell, chairman of the UK’s Noble Conduct Commission.
“Heart of BS13 not only seeks to self-finance through social enterprise initiatives such as the sale of produce from its flower gardens, cooked meals on site, and rental spaces for unique outdoor events. We give back the profits directly to the community.”
Digital marketing support from the Noble Deeds program comes at a pivotal time for Heart of BS13. This is to accelerate social enterprises to give more to their community and grow their public profile.
Georgina Perry, CEO of Heart of BS13, explains:
Georgina hopes that working with a digital marketing expert will help Heart of BS13 run its own marketing campaigns. She will continue to maintain these skills and be able to make more informed decisions when considering marketing activities. ”
Noble has helped clients such as Adobe, Rolls Royce, Air Asia and Yosemite with their international digital presence, but now wants to serve smaller local businesses.
