Generational Equity announced the sale of its client, M Genio, Inc., a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor to private companies, to Agile Zone, LLC. The transaction was completed on August 19, 2022.

Their experts help organizations build digital footprints and marketing solutions using technologies like Adobe Marketing Cloud, his CMS tools like AEM, WordPress, Drupal and Joomla solutions. Agile Zone’s digital marketing solutions include website development, SEO, PPC, personalization, analytics, and targeted testing. The company also supports managed cloud hosting and in-house on-perm his solutions for these technologies.
