We know early childhood education programs have been underfunded for decades. New Mexico consistently ranks last for how our state values ​​education and the opportunities our residents have to actually access or receive an education. I’m not the only one feeling frustrated. The amendments will allocate approximately $250 million more annually from the state’s Permanent School Fund to public and early childhood education.
