Alligator Loki undergoes surgery at Greensboro Science Center

GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — Our scaly friend at the Greensboro Science Center had to undergo medical attention earlier this week.
Loki the alligator swallowed a rubber cap on the end of an underwater heater and had to undergo emergency surgery on Tuesday, according to the Greensboro Science Center. they said on twitter.
Dr. Sam said on Wednesday that Loki is doing well and is expected to make a full recovery, and that he was able to get an early grasp on the situation before things got worse. We’ve shared some photos of our veterinary team working hard to ensure you get the care you deserve.
