NEW YORK — Antenna Group has appointed Christa Segarini as the company’s first Chief Client Officer. In his newly created role, Segarini will develop and implement strategic initiatives for customer service, programs, relationships and retention. Most recently, her Segalini (pictured), executive VP of Antenna Group, continued her role as executive partner of the agency’s real estate operations, while also expanding her leadership to ensure all antennas are eco-friendly. Oversees client her services across systems her initiatives.
NEW YORK — Imre strengthens its team with two new senior leaders. Sam Ingram, Senior Vice President of Digital Experience, and Hui Tang, Head of Marketing Analytics. Ingram joined imre from Myers Squibb, where he led engagement plans for customer capabilities around the world, and acquired Celgene for his lymphoma myeloma hematology portfolio. I was responsible for the integration into the ecosystem. Tang served as Vice President of Marketing Science at SOLVE(D), bringing a deep understanding of key therapeutic areas such as oncology, immunology, women’s health and neurology.
WASHINGTON — The Clyde Group has hired Cash S. Taylor as its new Vice President of People and Culture. Taylor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Clyde Group’s Human Resources department, developing a vision for a team experience for his members rooted in respect, diversity and empowerment, as well as managing the agency’s culture. Prior to joining Clyde Group, Taylor served for several years as Chief Human Resources Officer for two mental and behavioral health care providers in Philadelphia.
Toronto — Brian Pearl has joined the leadership team of National Public Relations Toronto as head of the company’s investor relations and capital markets operations. Pearl brings experience advising on IPO strategy, acting as a primary contact for investors, and leading merger and acquisition activities. Prior to joining National, Pearl was the Chief Operating Officer of Realm Cannabis.
Boston & New York — LaVoieHealthScience has appointed Deboarah Plumstead as Vice President of Health and Communications. Plumstead has over 20 years of experience, including leading product and corporate communications initiatives for companies in the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device sectors. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Navigation for Green Room Communications Clients, where he managed strategy and execution of pre-commercial and regulatory communications, patient advocacy campaigns, and thought leadership programs.
New York — Stagwell’s PROphet has hired Charlie Tulip as its Enterprise Account Executive and Kendra Lewellyn as the company’s Digital Marketing Manager. Lewellyn will drive the company’s global her marketing strategy across all her digital platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, SEM, SEO and her email campaigns. Prior to joining Prophet, she was Digital Her Marketing Manager at her software solutions company Pedigree Technologies, where she led the digital marketing strategy and oversaw the company’s website, blog her SEO/SEM, and her PPC. I designed, managed and maintained advertising programs. PROphet also hired its first business development officer, Ian Brand. Brand will support PROphet’s overall sales efforts and advise on business strategy and planning. Prior to joining PROphet, Brand was an account manager at Insight Media Labs.
