This role requires someone with solid experience and a good understanding of being at the forefront of marketing and digital strategy for a diverse artist roster. This role will serve as a quarterback to drive projects alongside the core team of artists, managers and labels. Obligatory Obligations and Responsibilities
- You will be the primary point of contact for the assigned roster of artists, providing tools, direction and information to all departments and relevant external parties while coordinating each department’s efforts in executing the digital marketing strategy. increase.
- Define, plan and execute digital marketing plans/campaigns for label artists and their respective music releases
- Create marketing and digital plans that enable artists to engage and grow their fan base.
- Communicate and work closely with artists, managers, labels, agents and promoters to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and goals
- Always-On Approach: Plan, oversee, execute, analyze performance, and impact marketing and digital campaigns across client roster.
- Identify and set KPIs and goals across the platform for both emerging and established artist rosters.
- We work closely with artists and teams to help develop and maintain a consistent image and brand.
- Work closely with design teams and content creators to launch new and inspiring content and communications that drive awareness, streams and performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date on social/digital/content platforms, their respective capabilities, algorithmic evolution, and potential opportunities to pursue within each.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies and keep your internal teams and clients up-to-date
- Identify and contact internal and external partners (vendors, influencers, PR, event teams, etc.) to plan, execute, and report on campaign post-mortems
- In-depth research and word-of-mouth analysis of the artist community (browsing and analyzing blogs, other artist sites, etc.).
- Quantify the success and efficiency of your digital promotions, paid media campaigns, e-commerce efforts, social engagements and partnerships using a variety of analytical tools.
- Manage relationships with top level artists, managers and other partners
- Leverage relationships and expertise between artist teams and social media partners (TikTok, Instagram/Facebook, YouTube/VEVO, Twitter, etc.) for best practices, content trends, engagement and promotional opportunities.
- Discover new sites, outlets and influencer accounts to promote your artists and maintain relationships with leading sites and partners.
- Manages and supervises 2-3 direct reports on the marketing team.

Individuals must possess the next level of education, experience, and training proficiency in the following areas:
Education/Training

- 3+ years of digital marketing related experience in the music industry
- Social media and content management experience in the music space preferred

- A strong music industry network, especially in the digital/social industry.
- Ability to generate original and forward-thinking ideas for content creation, narrative, artist positioning, release roadmaps and rhythms.

- Efficiency in overseeing and managing projects across the company and client roster.

- A thorough understanding of owned, earned and paid media.
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required.
- Good stress and time management skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- You must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary languages used in the workplace.
- Intermediate level knowledge of Google Suite is required. Apple MAC systems/Microsoft Suite and other applicable computer systems.
- Advanced computer knowledge of various music applications and good Internet knowledge are required.
- You must be motivated, creative, innovative, organized, detail-oriented and used to working under tight deadlines.
