With the relatively soft labor market, the days of posting jobs and getting multiple resumes are over. Monte and Caleb share some concepts and “better practices” for building your institution and professional reputation.

Monte Coch A PGA Certified Professional in Player Development and Career Services Consultant for the PGA of America, serving PGA Professionals/Employers in the Pacific NW and Rocky Mountain PGA sections.
Caleb Han PGA member of the Pacific Northwest section. During his first 15 years in the golf industry, he privately worked for clubs, serving as Assistant Golf Professional and Membership & Communications Director. During that time, Caleb was actively participating in all levels of PGA leadership and governance. He chaired the Western Washington Chapter’s Advisory Committee and was eventually elected to the Western Washington Chapter Board of Trustees. After two years on the board he was elected chapter secretary and eventually served as chapter vice president before resigning to join his team at the PGA Career Services. He is closely related to his current role as a Specialist in Recruiting for the PGA of America, and being a graduate of the PGA LEAD program, he chairs the Section Orientation Committee.
