Primary Responsibilities:
– You, together with the Category Design Manager, take full responsibility for the brand’s success, sales performance and growth.
– Work with category design managers to constantly improve categories: Identify and enhance category and fabric quality weaknesses.Participate in development fittings and provide proactive and focused information to ensure a smooth further production process
– Create 4 main collections and 2-4 express collections per year
– trend research including trips to major cities
– Create a style design sheet according to the style budget and follow up to ensure that the ideas in the design sheet are followed
– Ensure design deadlines are met
– Work closely with purchasing and pattern maker teams
– We are constantly upgrading fabric quality, fittings and products to meet market demand

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or above, fashion design major required
– Excellent English speaking and writing skills
・More than 3 years of fashion design experience (menswear experience required)
– Good at using Adobe Illustrator (required), Photoshop and MS Office
– Very good commercial understanding
– Good communication skills, team player, ability to express ideas
– Worked with deadlines, but was able to work under pressure and was well organized
