Fort Knox, Kentucky. — The Fort Knox Education Center prepares to host its 6th Annual All-College Graduation Ceremony on October 21 at the Waver Theater.
The ceremony, which includes those who have graduated in the past or who will graduate in December, will begin at 1:30 PM. Education Center officials announce staff plans and hold annual ceremonies to honor the achievements of soldiers, families, and members. of the Fort Knox community.
“Often, many soldiers and families earn their degrees online, but lack the opportunity to attend traditional graduation ceremonies due to proximity to schools, timing, or other barriers,” said the Education Service. Officer Rella Braxton said. “School-wide graduations remove that barrier and allow alumni from multiple schools to participate.”
This year’s guest speakers include Maj. Gen. Johnny Davis (Senior Commander, Fort Knox), Dr. Wes Smith (Associate Director, Army Credentialing and Continuing Education Services for Soldiers (HQ ACCESS)), and student speakers to be announced later. will be .
