Continuing Education at Austin Peay State University to Offer Financial Literacy Course This Fall – Clarksville Online
Clarksville, Tennessee – The Continuing Education Department at Austin Peay State University (APSU) is proud to announce a new course this fall focused on personal financial management.
Led by former Tennessee state auditor Susan Paisley, financial literacy helps teens and young adults ages 16 and older avoid the pitfalls many face when they’re just starting out. The purpose is that.
Financial Literacy courses are held on the APSU campus on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm. The cost of attending the course is $200.00 for the entire 7 week session. Courses are open to the public and students are not required to register as undergraduates. You must be 16 years or older to participate.
The APSU Continuing Education Division offers non-credit courses that do not require students to go to college. Courses include certification-style courses such as Phlebotomy Technician, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), American Sign Language, and other career and workforce training and certifications.
