Overview:
Tepper Sports & Entertainment, parent company of NFL’s Carolina Panthers and MLS’ Charlotte FC, seeks a digital marketing analyst to analyze and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns and provide insights to inform future digital marketing strategies. I’m here.
This team member is visionary, curious, and analytically minded, working at the intersection of marketing and data, understanding campaigns and business analytics to optimize leads, revenue, and other business priorities. responsibility:
• Collaborate closely with all departments to delve deep into digital marketing data to deliver actionable insights to leadership
• Gain a better understanding of marketing mix modeling to help streamline marketing spend and channel performance
• Ability to fully understand and analyze key digital marketing KPIs – CPL, CPC, MQL, ROAS, etc.
• Partner with marketing leaders to support their efforts through strategic analysis, tracking performance versus goals, and providing recommendations and insights for current and future campaigns.
• Understand the complete lead generation funnel and create actionable insights based on where specific fans are on their fan journey.
• Use relevant campaign analytics to identify specific channel revenue attribution.
• Collaborate to measure and understand the relationship between the lifetime value of a fan and the cost of purchasing that fan.

Qualification
minimum
• Bachelor’s degree or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data science, statistics, or economics
• 5+ years of experience analyzing campaign data, especially in a digital marketing oriented field
• Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and Data Studio
• Proficiency in extracting data from marketing tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Familiarity with social listening platforms such as Netbase and Brandwatch with proven reporting capabilities
• Experience building a business case that drives revenue for future operations
• Thorough understanding of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Must be flexible for evenings and weekends, all Carolina Panthers, Charlotte Football Club, and stadium events, including events held on weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Must pass a pre-employment screening

• Proven experience analyzing successful lead generation strategies across multiple advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Display Network, Streaming TV, etc.)
• Understanding attributes and data extraction via API
• Thorough working knowledge of marketing analytics to inform revenue-generating activities and campaign optimization
• Experience in a fast-paced industry
