Aberdeenshire business Instinct Marketing + PR welcomes new staff in the midst of growth and rebranding

Aberdeenshire-based marketing and PR firm Instinct has appointed two new staff members following a rebranding effort earlier this year.
Joining managing director Debbie Rennie are renowned copywriter Sally Wallis and tourism and marketing graduate Cara O’Brien.
The appointment reflects a busy period of growth for the company, which moved from Aberdeen’s Little Belmont Street to the Banchory Business Center in 2020 and has since secured work with several new clients across multiple sectors.
Managing Director Debbie Rennie said:

“With a background in corporate communications and copywriting, Sally brings a wealth of expertise across multiple sectors, from energy to tourism, while Carla’s degree in digital marketing and recent academic experience are an added asset to our clients. It provides a wide range of insights that add value.”
A former freelance copywriter, Sally is delighted to join Instinct as Marketing and Communications Executive and to be part of the team again.

“Learning continues in my new role at Instinct where I create content for social media, shoot with clients for PR stories, and brainstorm ideas with my team for future projects.

Founded by Charlie Innes in 2003, Innes Associates will become Instinct Marketing + PR in 2021 with Debbie Rennie as Managing Director.
